These terms and conditions are subject to change and can be modified at any time with notice to you. Be sure to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for updates, as your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any changed terms and conditions set forth in this Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or modified online at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to make any changes in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, but please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 5 hours of your scheduled booking. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least more than 5 hours in advance.
Late & No-Show Policy
All reservations are assigned specific times when booked. It is essential that you arrive on time; lateness will shorten your playing duration. If you arrive 15 minutes later than your schedulaed start time, you will forfeit your reservation. Please see the refund policy.
