When are you open?

We are open Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

 

Do you serve drinks?

Yes! We are a liquor licensed venue and offer a variety of canned beer and cocktails for purchase.

 

How many people can play in a game?

Each game allows up to 6 players at a time, and we can accommodate up to 12 players total by splitting into teams of 2. The minimum group size is 2 players.

 

Do I need dart experience to play?

Not at all! No dart experience is necessary to have fun at Flightline.

 

Can I bring my own darts?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own darts, but it is not required — we provide everything you need.

 

Is this a virtual reality game?

No! This is not a virtual reality game. Real darts are thrown at a dartboard and scored electronically.

 

Can I extend my game time?

Yes! You may choose to extend your time while playing if schedule availability allows for it.

 

What should I wear?

We ask that all guests wear clean and comfortable shoes for safety and comfort while playing.

 

Are the bays private?

Yes, every group gets a fully private bay to enjoy and play in.

 

Can I book a private event?

Absolutely! Flightline is available for private bookings. Contact us to reserve your group event.

 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins, but we strongly recommend booking online in advance to secure your bay.

 

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at 3460 Petawawa Blvd., just down the road from the Garrison Base in Petawawa.

 

What are the age requirements?

Our venue is 18+ only.

 

What time should I arrive for my booking?

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking start time.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

    •    Cancellations made 5+ hours before your reservation will receive a full refund.

    •    Cancellations made within 5 hours of your reservation are non-refundable.

    •    If you cannot make it, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

What happens if I’m late?

Reservations are held for 15 minutes. After that time, your spot will be forfeited with no refund issued.

 

Do I have to agree to the terms before booking?

Yes. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
